Thanks for reading this blog titled “Reviews and Testimonials of Dina Sanchez” as it will be our last blog of 2022. I wanted to bring forth a few client testimonials that shows how committed Dina can be on finding families the perfect piece of land, home and property.

Tenacious D
So, the bottom line is that it hasn’t been easy for buyers and Dina works extra hard to get the job done. I thought of her as being very tenacious when it comes to her clients and here’s an appropriate definition that applies to her mindset. “If someone calls you tenacious you’re probably the kind of person who never gives up and never stops trying – someone who does whatever is required to accomplish a goal.” In this case, I’m going to spotlight a home that won the PEOPLE’S CHOICE award at this year’s Summit County Parade of Homes.
Neighborhood Spotlight: The Highlands at Breckenridge

We met Dina during the Parade of Homes tour back in 2019 when she was sitting under a tent
in front of a home to be built that she was listing. While we were not looking to purchase a
home at that time, we were very interested in the lot at the end of the street that we had
discovered during hiking and had fallen in love with. Although the lot had no sign and was not
on the market, Dina tracked down the owners and after a year and a half of hard work, heavy
negotiations and diligence on her part, we were able to close on the property and build our
dream home, which is now a part of the 2022 Summit County Parade of Homes Tour. Dina did
such a fantastic job on securing the lot for us, that we had her list and sell our home in The
Highlands. To say Dina is an expert in Summit County real estate is an understatement…Dina
goes well above and beyond the scope of a typical realtor to match her clients with the perfect
real estate to meet their needs and wishes. Many thanks to Dina for helping us make our
mountain dream home a reality!
