What Life is Like in Avon
There are numerous trails that Avon residents and visitors can choose among. The Eagle Valley trail is a notable amenity and continues the bike path option for athletes and outdoor lovers.
From Dina: One of my favorite high country bike tours is to ride from Breckenridge to Beaver Creek. The large Aspen trees in the fall when the leaves are peaking golden yellow are simply amazing from Vail Pass down through to Beaver Creek. The best way to finish the ride is at the Gore Range Brewery with a glass of wine. During the winter, we like to ski Grouse Mountain and find fresh powder among the Aspen trees.
