The image above shows the lot with price in red, as seen on Zillow (with North to the top of the image). I went to Google Earth and took quite a few screenshots that will help you understand where this piece of land resides. I also went up to the site and took a few pics, but there isn’t anything there but some super tall tress and the dirt itself. You can see a top down in the picture below, in the same orientation as you would approach the lot from a vehicle, heading south.

One of the primary reasons that a buyer would be attracted to this spot is this large empty parcel next to the lot that is owned by the Town of Breckenridge as Open Space and behind that is National Forest.

NorthStar Village Neighborhood

This lot is in the Quandary Village Subdivision, also known as Northstar Village. As you enter the neighborhood, two large mountains loom in the distance to the west, Northstar and Quandary Peak. After a short drive south out of town, you’ll start to head up Hoosier Pass. You’ll pass a few curves and then turn to the north to the entrance and after two left turns, you’ll be at the cul de sac where you’ll find 11 Kimmes Ln, Breckenridge CO Land For Sale.

You can see the entrance sign above, which is just to the left as you turn rigth and start to drive up towards 11 Kimmes Lane. When I went to take these pics, there was a moose in the willow bushes behind the sign, about 100 feet away. I quickly took my pics and got out of there. If you are unaware, there are several moose in the Breckenridge area and can be unpredictable. Please give them space and use caution when you see one. Please keep dogs on leashes
