Walk to Town or Ride the Bus

Nearby Trails and Outdoor Recreation
Families and individuals that enjoy outdoor activities will be pleased to look at a map and see trails all around them. You could literally walk across CR 450 and hop on the Flume trails and then connect to others that explore the Golden Horseshoe, or even take the recreation path all the way to Vail, or around the lake. Riders can head up French Gulch and do loops on Side Door, Minnie Mine, X10U8, Turks and the B&B trail.

A short ride through town and you will able to connect other trails that are found near the Breckenridge Ski Resort and those that even will take you on single track all the way to Frisco. Close to Childcare, Schools and on the Bus Route
Families will be able to choose which school their children attend and may be able to use the school bus route that comes through the area. Or, take an easy 5 min. drive to the Upper Blue Elementary or Breckenridge Elementary schools. The Summit Middle School is in Frisco, and the Summit high School is located at the intersection of Highway 9 and Swan Mountain Road, which is what you take to get to the Keystone Resort.
